What Happened?

Sometimes after appearing the dock never hides again even when it overlaps windows

Steps to Reproduce

Trigger the dock using barrier
Repeat until the dock doesn't hide

Expected Behavior

Dock hides properly after a timeout

OS Version

8.x (Circe)

Session Type

Secure Session (Wayland)

Compiled from git
