Background

The GitHub Actions checkout action v3 is being deprecated as mentioned in the changelog. We should upgrade to v4 to stay up-to-date with the latest features and security improvements.

Required Changes

Update the GitHub Actions workflow files to use v4 instead of v3:

  • Update actions/checkout@v3 to actions/checkout@v4

This was identified during the review of #77.
