conda instructions do not seem to be right #6

You say:

The python code in this project is published as a conda package.
$ conda activate species_proteins
$ python setup.py install

If you want to build a package it is done via:

conda env create -f environment.yml
conda activate species_proteins
conda build conda-recipe
