I am using this plugin on Blender 2.92

Most Dark Souls PtD models work well when imported, however, of the models I have used this on so far, two have thrown an error.
Those two models are:

  • Seath the Scaleless (c5290)
  • Manus, Father of the Abyss (c4500)

Both characters give this same error report:

I don't have Dark Souls Remastered, so I can't confirm whether or not those two still give the same error, but I can confirm that when using this plugin with the few models I tried testing from Dark Souls 3, all of them gave the same error.

The models I have tested from PtD that I can confirm do work well are:

  • Capra Demon (c2240)
  • Taurus Demon (c2250)
  • Titanite Demon (c2300)
  • Serpent Soldier (c2690)
  • Serpent Mage (c2700)
  • Demons' Souls Crystal Lizard (c3110) (Yes, this file is from PtD)
  • Crystal Lizard (c3300)
  • Undead Dragon (c3420 / c3421 / c3422)
  • Hellkite Drake (c3430)
  • Prototype Kalameet (c3440)
  • Everlasting Dragon (c3450)
  • Sanctuary Guardian (c3471)
  • Giant Crow (c3510)
  • Drake (c3520)
  • Hydra (c3530)
  • Kalameet (c4510)
  • Young Sif (c4520)
  • Sif (c5210)
  • Ceaseless Discharge (c5250)
  • Gaping Dragon (c5260)
  • Ornstein (c5270)
  • Bell Gargoyles (c5350)

Edit: I tried importing assets from Demon's Souls (PS3) and all of the models seem to give this error report:

I get the same error for newer FLVER files as well. Please fix.

EDIT: I've tried fixing it, now I'm stuck again:

Without importing bones it imports without any errors now. But the mesh looks really rough and not smoothed out. I forked the repo, and committed my changes.
