Set breakpoints using Chrome inspect #221

More of a question than an issue but I can't seem to find the place to post this. Is it possible to set a breakpoint? I can find the source code within the iFrame and set a breakpoint but when I do the breakpoint disappears everytime I rerun the code. I'm guessing that it's somehow being generated each time and therefore cannot be set?
