Inconsistent presence of labels on units #17

Some of the units we provide have a label, others don't:

from scimath.units.power import kilowatt, watt

>>> repr(kilowatt.label)
'None'

>>> watt.label
'watt'

This is causing issues if one wants to rely on these labels for serialization of unitted quantities.
