• bpm -> tmpo
• compilation -> cpil
• conductor -> ©con
• narrator -> ©nrt
• movementname -> ©mvn
• movement -> ©mvi
• movementtotal -> ©mvc

For those of you, who are interested: I wrote a small tagging utility with support for most of the suggested tags. It's in a pretty early state of development and in NO case a replacement for mp4v2, but it should work and also is cross platform: https://github.com/sandreas/tone HF

for a generic tool could add any arbitrary 3/4cc tag and free-form tags in ----:com.apple.iTunes, instead of hardcoding these values.
