Add trigger on push and PR to develop branch for workflows #34

The workflow are currently configured with the idea of using just a main branch and some feature branches. If you use a develop branch, we should make sure that checks are triggered on this branch as well.

For this, we need to settle on a definitive need for this branch. I've seen dev, develop or development in other project, which one do you prefer to use?
