If you mean providing these character images as a truetype font somehow, that's not something I know how to do, or even know if it can be done.
AFAIK truetype fonts only knows characters as shapes rendered in black+white, and the system determines the font color at render time.
This Nixie font is really a series of images, one image per character, with different colored pixels in each image (not black+white). Each image was hand drawn in a paint program and saved as an .xpm image file. The Nixie widget in turn "renders" these images next to each other based on the text string provided to the widget. So it's not a font in the way a system font is. I don't think it can be; that's why the widget is used to render the font images.
Any chance that the font used in this software is released?
