2. Ethereum network upgrades

• Pectra Testing call

• A devnet update was shared, network is unhealthy and a summary can be found on interop
• Network would be left in its current state to allow for debugging
• Nethermind update on blockhash json rpc difference, it isn't consensus critical so they are still checking how to best handle it. Besu is looking into their debug bug

• 7702 spec tests release has been made, clients are testing with it
• Clients still working on passing all tests
• Aiming to have ready branches by mid week if possible
• Devnet launch can happen wednesday/thursday if so

• Barnabas requested for better information in logs about peer scoring to help with debugging peering issues
