I think we should have a regular (suggesting monthly for now) gathering to groom trough these OIPs and discuss/decide_on other office matters and improvement suggestions. Perhaps we can even combine this with some activity like cooking together.

As it is not that crazy far for me, I will come to some of the meetings! Once the trains start to have normal schedules!
