add event tracking for chain selection on find-wallet page

Clicking on each chain should trigger a unique event tracking, right now this is missing so the team does not know how popular this feature is.

add following:

Event Category: WalletFilterSidebar
Event Action: network
Event Name: ArbitrumOne, Base, Blast, Linea, Mode, Optimism, Scroll, Straknet, Taiko, zksync

this should be triggered only on select, DO NOT trigger any event on deselecting
