Docs site from scratch without Docusaurus

As part of our effort to agnostisize our React components (#47), this opens the door to allow us to generate a much slimmer doc website that doesn't use Docusaurus. This would help with our effort to generate a docs website for every package published on Wally.

Since we can reuse the bulk of our work we did on the Docusaurus plugin, it won't take nearly as long to do.

Additionally, because we introduced a build step with our CLI, we will be able to use this same directory structure in this website: docs, blog, and pages folders with Markdown folders.
