An enhancement suggestion to improve the documentation (this is something Nef really needs in my honest opinion; documentation improvement)

Anyhow, my idea is this. A command help index for everything listed in /raw help, in a nice help menu system... I guess it could be similar to how Unreal's /helpop works (possibly with restriction to +o/O)... but it would be nice to have the syntax, description, examples, etc. for all the IRCd's functions.

This would definitely improve the documentation and make things easier for people... Nef2 has a lot of amazing features that no one really knows about or how to use!

I had a help menu thing in Nef1. Im sure this could be ported over
