Google Analytics spies on our users.
We can replace it with an alternative that costs money like http://plausible.io/

Also Google Analytics slows down our site.

See performance before we added GA:

And after we added GA:

Performance dropped by 12

Also GA has so many features we don't even use.

And who of us is actually looking at the data that GA collects?
Does it have to be on all the time? Or could we enable it for periods of time?

I review GA every 3 months since i have to submit a detail report to the funders
