Last week a few of us here on the forums got together for a 6-player game. It was great! We did discover a small bug though, which I haven’t seen described elsewhere so thought I’d share here...

One of the expansions we included in our game was Bridges, Castles & Bazaars and we also used the “non-bidding” rule variant. With this rule, players simply select whichever tile they want from the tiles that are available once a Bazaar has been drawn.

However, with our first Bazaar it was discovered that it is possible to overwrite another player’s selection by simply clicking the same tile as them when it was your turn to choose a tile (even though it had already been selected and there was a meeple next to the tile being claimed to show this). The player who has had their selection overwritten still gets another opportunity to choose another tile, and can even use this to steal the same tile back from the player who stole it, and I suppose this could continue indefinitely. However, it is obviously a bug as you shouldn’t be able to take a tile from another player once it has already been selected!
