Hey Adam,
Healow/eCW is supported already. However health systems/clinics on eCW must manually enable Patient Access APIs (usually all it takes is an email to the clinic).

I didn't realize you had filed this as a GH issue, in the future you'll probably want to reach out directly to me via email or our shared slack channel.
