I am getting this error. How can I resolve?

You can download turtlebot3's description files and so on by doing:

cd your_catkin_ws/src
git clone -b melodic-devel https://github.com/ROBOTIS-GIT/turtlebot3
git clone -b melodic-devel https://github.com/ROBOTIS-GIT/turtlebot3_simulations

And then

cd ../
catkin_make

So you can build and source the files and run the simulations.
