Should tell user when username/password are missing or invalid #147

Ideally this test suite would tell the user that the username and password, if supplied, did not work, aside from all the tests just failing.

In the case where a server needs authentication but the username and password were not supplied, it should tell the user about that as well.

Perhaps this is somewhere in the output files, but I'd expect to be told about it in the CLI via stdout/stderr.
