successRedirect not redirecting

I am unable to get successRedirect.

Steps to reproduce

I've set up a small repo with this issue but it also exists in the example if you add successRedirect to the examples in this or the oauth2 repos.

Expected behavior

Login successfully and redirect to the given URL.

Actual behavior

Login and do not get redirected...

System configuration
