I believe that, since fedora-silverblue/issue-tracker#232 is closed and the fix was shipped in Fedora Atomic Desktops 37, we can remove the section about restorecon.

Is this correct?

Well, it's still not really safe to run restorecon even though the read only sysroot should limit the problem.

I agree that we should improve this section.

Maybe we can add an explanation? I would be happy to submit the patch.

In general you should only run restorecon on a selected directory where you want to fix the labels.
