Currently the pulgin only supports the reading of packages from the @preview and @local namespaces, and will not attempt to download any. You have to use the typst cli to do this.

We'll have to be careful as this is modifying files outside of the vault.

The option of where the packages should be downloaded to should be given. It should either be where the cli keeps them or in the plugin's folder within the vault. Once #9 has been fixed the latter should be the default on mobile.
