Initial version:

Hard code builddeps for OpenWRT buildroot based on
http://wiki.openwrt.org/doc/howto/buildroot.exigence

and make a virtual package that pulls in these dependencies.

Improvement: Detect builddeps based on specified OpenWRT git branch automatically and try to install them.
