There is already a basic Gitlab CI script, which has two disadvantages:

Gitlab CI appears to be incompatible with Github. So it can not be used with the public repository.
It starts from a "naked" Debian docker image, installation of all dependencies takes quite a while. A better suited docker image would be useful.
Perhaps it is better to switch to Travis CI, see point 1.

Any help would be appreciated.
