Add Protein Proximity Index

There was a call for implementation of the protein proximity index in Coloc_2 on the Coloc page of the ImageJ/Fiji wiki that I have removed:

Why not leave the idea open? Current implementation is in matlab. Few people will.use it due to the activation barrier. An implementation in Coloc plugin of Fiji makes it available to many with no effort on their part, so more citations for the authors. Disagree?

Hey @chalkie666. First of all, sorry for changing the entry before asking, the roll-back is fine with me.

My motive was to remove an implementation (namely Coloc_2) specific comment from the rather general part about colocalization analysis on that wiki page. Plus, there is an Ideas list that I would find more appropriate for such a call for implementation. But on the other hand, this ideas list refers to GitHub, where I have opened an issue.

All in all, I thought that this comment would be better suited for a GitHub issue where it is more likely to get picked up by a developer.

Totally agree! That's why I have opened an issue here, because development is happening here..

Hi @stelfrich Ok, thats all good.
On the fiji / imagej wiki, Lets leave the text and link to the paper describing PPI,
and ADD the link to the webpage http://www.anes.ucla.edu/~wuyong/PPI/index.html
but as you suggest the coloc2 specific statement inviting developers to implement it.,
as now that request lives in this issue.

I will label / tag this issue as a feature request "enhancement" to implement PPI in coloc2,
and put all the relevant links and info here.... which i guess already happened! So thats good.
