OhSnap will be tested on SnapNet on Jan 17- 31st - it will be great if we can deploy a dealt on the network, to send the deals automatically for SP there to test snap deals out.

the dealt should user lotus v1.14.0-rc & ^

and schedule deals with different lifetime with SPs in the network.

The deal making rate can start with ~ 2 8Gib 2 16gib 2 32gib/SP/day, and we can schedule more deals as requested
