Seems Git Book allow users use their custom domain to publish Git Book.
The dark style can't easily use stylus domain match / regex match rule to apply.

Inspired by this post1, maybe I can use DNS lookup API like Google JSON API 2 (type para reference3) to check if there is a record called hosting.gitbook.com, then use Tampermonkey scripts to apply style.
