Fix scrape run
Make status warning if last scrape > 1h or unhealthy if > 1d
Move most metrics to headline with short label/vale
e.g.for Upstream: Checks 0 | Analysis 0 | Changes 0
Jobs -> Duration: type ms, | Last Run, age | Changes 0 | Errors 0
Add helm chart version as headline, and add link
