"nebraska" has been added to your repositories

FIX:
helm repo add nebraska https://kinvolk.github.io/nebraska/ -> helm repo add nebraska https://kinvolk.github.io/nebraska

Hello and thanks for the report, are you interested to send a patch to fix the documentation? Here's the concerned file: https://github.com/flatcar/nebraska/blob/main/docs/authorization/_index.md?plain=1#L293 I think we might discover others kinvolk -> flatcar issues.
