Connection pool warning in some notebooks

Just opening this issue to keep track of the progress and status of this issue.

In some notebooks, one example here, there are a lot of warnings like WARNING:urllib3.connectionpool:Connection pool is full, discarding connection: flow360studio.s3.us-gov-west-1.amazonaws.com. Connection pool size: 10 when downloading the result files. The notebook still runs correctly but the warning makes the presentation kind of bad.

@yaugenst-flex this seems relatively high priority. have separately gotten questions and comments about it.. would be good to understand what's going on
