The thumbnails, e.g. of the Youtube spout bloat the layout of the single items while collapsed. This allows the user to hide the thumbnails via a config option.

#1022 added support for not showing thumbnails in the entry list. Unfortunately, that removed them altogether. This patch shows them again when an article is expanded.
