fix border around unread articles

This stylesheet update fixes the border, at least in Google Chrome and probably other browser, for unread articles. I also added a better readability option for the span.unread. The span unread will also be hidden if no items are available.

I really like the big red circle. But in my opinion its too much for every tag. I just added this nice eyecatching circle just for the unread stats.

The thin border around unread items doesn't look pretty. I think the big marker on the left and the darker text is enough for identifying unread messages.

Hi @pietheinstrengholt. Previously, it was not clear if selfoss was licensed under GPL 3 only, or also any later version. Could you clarify whether you are fine with licensing your contributions to 4448b9d under GPL-3-or-later?
