Make changes in #, Login, Password Reset page

Describe the feature you'd like
The # page has been updated on the server. Certain verification is implemented there. We need to make those changes in the app accordingly.

Additional context
List of probable changes:

• Require user passwords to have at least 8 characters and at least one special character, one number and text characters
• Add Recaptcha for second log-in attempts
• Add Recaptcha for password resets (forgot password)
• Username less than or equal to 51 characters.
• Add Recaptcha for #
• Recaptcha needs to be validated both on frontend and backend
