Multi Batch Number Selection while defined Work order (Manufacturing)

While I'M Create the large size of Productions there is the possiblities of Multi-batches involved and this batches I Want to Predefined before the Productions start:
For ex,
I Want to produce 100000 quantity of medicine:

and there is possiblities of 2 batches like ABC101 -50000 Quantity and ABC102 -50000 Quantity so before start my job card i want to predefined the batch quantity according to the batch ID against same work order. And Once before I'm submitting the Job card the pop show this : But i want to who are the employees involved they selecting their batch and mentioned the completed Quantity. And Finally stock transfer from wip warehouse to FG Warehouse it will automaticlly GET the batch quantity and ID.

Preconditions:
There is possiblity on both batches have a process losses quantity.
