periodic's 460.pkg-checksum script uses pkg check -qsa.

If you install a Ruby gem, pkg-check may issue a large list of complaints about missing files and incorrect checksums. You can fix the latter with pkg check -r, but there is no way to fix the former.

One fix would be to introduce a --skip/--exclude option that takes a list of packages to not bother checking.

Another fix would be to have a way to recompute expected files to handle the missing files.
