Looks like an expensive way for someone else to run Calibre on your work and under their terms. I'm not even exaggerating, they may call the command line programs directly, but it's still the same software and provides no greater options than those already available with Calibre (i.e. lots of file formats, incomplete standards compliance and a bit messy under the hood; albeit still great for what it is).
