Rove fails to compile on systems without threading support and newer bordeaux-threads #48

New bordeaux-threads implemented APIv2 which does currently fails to compile on implementations without threading support.

I've tried to patch this in the pull: sionescu/bordeaux-threads#86

I hope the pull will be accepted, but after that, we need to set bt:*default-special-bindings*
in the rove/reporter only if feature :thread-support is present.
