Getting Unauthorize after publishing and running project #1101

Steps to re-create issue-

Publish the project using-
dotnet publish -c Release -o ./publish
and run it-
Or simply just deploy the project on IIS ,
swagger not working
Just run project on kestral- and click on https://localhost:7000/swagger/../swagger/v1/swagger.json
it will throw an exception of- 'authentication failed'
