隨機選 Y 座標時，需要把文字的高度也考慮進去

新的 slack message api 放在
https://g0v-slack-archive.g0v.ronny.tw/index/getmessage?channel=CGU1SLHNH
這邊改成將 slack 訊息完整都丟回來，這樣要處理一些特殊格式比較有完整資訊可以用
然後跟 g0v-slack-archive 整理也比較合理，這樣要維護 slack 資料只需要一邊就好了

另外彈幕的部份也建議另外拆一個新的 repository 來做，就不一定要併在 g0v-intro 這個 repo 了
