FastLogin fails to load in Velocity

What happened?

I have attempted to add FastLogin to a Velocity server, and the plugin fails to load. What can be done to correct this?

Steps to reproduce

1. Set up a Velocity server
2. Install FastLoginVelocity from https://ci.codemc.io/job/Games647/job/FastLogin/
3. Plugin fails to load
