Clearly using automated commits to generate the "Abolish ICE" in the rice field display and no substantial projects.

And at 18,000 commits nearly twice the commit count of the Number 2 user at 10,000 commits, which also seems very unlikely...

Perhaps there should also be an automatic exclusion on wildly different numbers from the standard distribution one would expect in a large randomized population?
