If you use drag-and-drop to create a mapping between two non-selected concepts and save it, it shows the "Mapping saved" message, but you can't actually see the mapping in Mapping Browser. We should consider adjusting the logic to make it clearer that the mapping was actually saved (ideally without forcibly selecting one or both of the concepts).

(Wait until #231 is completed!)
