Mapping Navigator: Doesn't show WD mappings for target concept

Might be an issue in https://github.com/gbv/wikidata-jskos, not sure yet.

If you select Q67142224 brain chemistry, you can see there's actually a mapping, but it doesn't show if only the MeSH concept is selected.

The target concept scheme (in this case MeSH) needs to be supported by wikidata-jskos in order for this to work. So not a bug in Cocoda. See gbv/wikidata-jskos#70.
