订阅源全屏优化 #4732

这个登录验证界面已经有全屏按钮了，订阅源咋不也弄成全屏，上面总一排东西也挺难受的，最好可以默认全屏

这个登录验证的全屏和你想的不一样，启用后，返回的效果就是退出全屏了，而不是网页回退，所以没法用在订阅源。
那一排东西其它浏览器都有的。
而且也没有浏览器默认会全屏模式这种操作（没UI了咋交互）。
当然解决一些操作逻辑冲突也能做订阅源全屏功能（就为了美观，比较耗精力就是了）
