Password protect stream

Does anyone know how I can protect the stream with an username and a password? That way I could make it safely accessible from outside my network.

i wouldn't recomend directly accessing it from outside the network even if "secured" since i don't think it will be very hard to break the security, BUT it will be great since you necessarily want everyone on your wifi to be able to access the stream ...
