Please remove the current synonym, 'replisome progression complex' as it's incorrectly associated with GO:0031298 (replication fork protection complex). Replisome progression complexes are much larger complexes (RPCs) with the replication fork protection complex being but one of the subcomplexes within these larger complexes.

"RPC components include the essential initiation and elongation factor, Cdc45, the checkpoint mediator Mrc1, the Tof1-Csm3 complex that allows replication forks to pause at protein-DNA barriers, the histone chaperone FACT (facilitates chromatin transcription) and Ctf4, which helps to establish sister chromatid cohesion. RPCs also interact with Mcm10 and topoisomerase I." (PMID:16531994 and see also PMID: 32369734)

and please modify the synonym list.

  • GO:0031298 replication fork protection complex

  • A heterotrimeric replication-pausing complex conserved in eukaryotes and associated with the replication fork; the complex stabilizes stalled replication forks and is thought to be involved in coordinating leading- and lagging-strand synthesis and in replication checkpoint signaling. Required for maximal fork speed both in vivo and in vitro
