Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
It is frustrating that, in order to host a web map in geoCML Portal, you must manually extract your data from geoCML Postgres to construct a Leaflet webmap.

Describe the solution you'd like
We can automatically generate a web map in geoCML Portal using hosted layers from the deployment's WFS and WCS.
