Make OA transformations resilient to non existing entries in the schema #344

When a schema is not well formed (there is a $ref to a non existing entry) or some referenced entry has been filtered out, transformation fails.

Check this situation and skip the referenced entity.
Add the referenced entities that are not found to a key in the extended attribute of the model to do not loose information
Include this information in the mermaid diagrams (e.g. using notes)
