This is a draft of no_std support implementation. Closes #25.
TODO:
std::error::Errorimplementation forError.test_*_thru_dyn_traittests. Either make them acceptembedded_io::Reador find a way to make the functions work with std::io::Read.A nice bonus is that now quite a few code examples using built-in collections are statically proven to be Infallible.
