当kafka 和redis快照，发生不连续之后，怎么解决呢？首先有个疑问，看到1000次提交一次redis,1000次中间如果断掉之后或者服务器挂掉，redis里面的快照就不是最新的，现在的状态是redis里面数据清空了，然后重启后端，orderBook里面没有订单信息，挂单还是会显示挂单，并且无法撤销，无法市价下单
